Wardlaw Academy students in kindergarten through eighth grade recently explored agriculture through a visit from the South Carolina Ag in the Classroom Mobile Ag Learning Lab. Wardlaw is proud to be the first school in Edgefield County to host the mobile classroom.
Operated by the South Carolina Farm Bureau, the interactive lab gave students hands-on opportunities to learn about South Carolina agriculture and the journey from field to plate.
Students participated in engaging activities and experiments while learning how agriculture provides the food, fuel, and fiber we depend on every day.
Wardlaw is grateful to the South Carolina Farm Bureau for bringing this unique learning experience to campus and looks forward to welcoming the Ag Learning Lab back in the future!
