A Letter from the Head of School

Dear Wardlaw Academy Families and Friends,

Wardlaw Academy is entering an exciting new season of growth, purpose, and opportunity. It is both an honor and a blessing to serve as the next Head of School and to join a community so deeply committed to Christian education, academic excellence, and the development of young people.

With more than 20 years of experience in education and leadership, I bring a passion for building strong school communities where students are challenged academically, supported personally, and grounded spiritually.

For generations, Wardlaw Academy has faithfully served families by providing a Christ-centered education that values faith, character, leadership, and academic achievement. Our mission is to partner with families in preparing students to become knowledgeable, responsible, and compassionate leaders who live with integrity and serve others through a Biblical worldview.

As we look to the future, our vision is centered on strengthening every aspect of the student experience while honoring the traditions and values that make Wardlaw Academy so special. We are committed to cultivating a school culture where students are encouraged to grow spiritually, think critically, lead confidently, and pursue excellence in all they do.

As we move forward together, our focus will include:

  • Strengthening rigorous academic programs that prepare students for college, careers, and lifelong success
  • Supporting faculty and staff through meaningful professional development and instructional growth
  • Deepening our commitment to Biblical integration across all grade levels and programs
  • Building strong relationships with families and the greater Wardlaw community

At Wardlaw Academy, we believe education is about developing the whole child — spiritually, academically, physically, and socially. Our desire is for every student to know they are valued, challenged, encouraged, and loved. We want our students to leave Wardlaw not only prepared for the future, but equipped to make a positive impact in their communities and in the world for Christ.

I am incredibly grateful for the warm welcome from our families, faculty, students, alumni, and Board of Directors. I look forward to listening, learning, and partnering with our community as we continue building a strong future together for Wardlaw Academy.

God has clearly blessed this school throughout its history, and I am excited to see how He continues to guide and grow Wardlaw Academy in the years ahead.

Blessings,

Jennifer Stark, PhD
