I understand that by signing this contract, my child and I agree to accept the rules and regulations of Wardlaw Academy. Furthermore, in consideration of the acceptance of this contract by Wardlaw Academy, I agree to pay tuition as designated on the Tuition and Payment Plan sheet. In order for the school to meet its financial obligations, we must receive your payments by the 5th of the month. I agree to all Wardlaw Academy payment policies and understand that if my account is past due a $50 per month late fee will be added. All tuition must be paid in full by May 5, 2008. Please sign, date, and return one copy of this form along with your deposit to the school.

Furthermore, neither report cards, grades, nor transcripts will be released until the student's account has been paid in full.

I understand and agree that my obligation to pay the tuition for the full academic year is unconditional. A portion of tuition paid or outstanding will be prorated due to the subsequent withdrawal from Wardlaw Academy of the above student.

I have received the Tuition and Payment Plan sheet for the 2007-2008 academic year and will pay tuition for the above student as indicated below:

*Due to withdrawal of student,  a portion of tuition paid will be prorated with the 5% discount charged back to account.

All tuition must be current before students will be allowed to begin a new semester of school unless recommended by the Tuition Payment Review Committee and approved by the Board.  The situation must be based on hardship situations.  It is the obligation of the individual family to initiate a review from the committee.  It is imperative for families to remain current with payments so that the school can better manage cash flow.   If a family falls behind by more than 60 days as determined by their tuition payment plan, they must meet with the Tuition Payment Review Committee.  They will develop a payment plan that must be approved by the Board and followed as laid out.   

Maintenance Fee: The $400 will be charged to each account at the beginning of the school year. The balance not worked off during the school year will be billed for collection in May. If student withdraws before second semester there will be a $200 maintenance fee charged.

Athletic Fee: This is a $50 fee per student. All money will go to support the athletic program. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before a student can participate in the sport.

The $100.00 non-refundable registration fee must accompany this application. The registration fee will apply to the tuition when received and processed by April 9. 2007. The first payment is due June 5th, with the exception of the annual payment that is due May 5th. In case of withdrawal before the first day of school, all fees paid, with the exception of $200.00, will be refunded.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to secure the documents listed above and submit them to the Headmaster. Admission to Wardlaw Academy will be considered by an admissions committee once all of the above criteria have been secured.
